Gilbert
This East Valley city is what is referred to as “up and came.” Fifteen years ago, it was starting to gain traction with the boom in new construction there. Now, it is an alternative to Scottsdale night life with Downtown Gilbert, a line of bars and hip restaurants. Additionally, there is the Farmers Market every Saturday and the Art Walk on first and third Saturdays.
New developments and a fresh family friendly environment really spurred people into this city. Gilbert’s real estate offerings are also quite diverse. From huge horse properties to lake front homes and everything in between, Gilbert is definitely worth looking into.
