Tempe
The Gray Group knows the Tempe market intrinsically since founding member, Chris Gray, is a proud alum of Arizona State University. Additionally, the Gray Group is a sponsor of ASU and the Chinese Student Association (CSSA) at the university.
The market in Tempe is unique in that it is growing out of its “college town” roots, to become the epicenter of where the east and central Valley converge. It is now much more than an investor hub renting out to college students but is a fantastic centralized location to call home.
In the past 10 years, amenities have sprung up such as the ever-expanding university, Tempe Marketplace, Mill Avenue, Marina Heights, and neighboring Mesa Riverview shopping center. Future building projects include streetcars through Mill Avenue to make it even more walkable, Marina Heights and the Marriott AC Hotel along Tempe Town Lake has brought thousands of jobs to Tempe, Arizona making it a hub for business and commerce.
